Motivaction Hybrid Group Training 
Motivaction Hybrid Group Training takes the personalized coaching, accountability and dedication from 1 on 1 sessions, and charges it with the energy and atmosphere of group fitness classes. Join up to 7 other motivated individuals in this unique training experience that is carefully designed to push your respective limits by challenging your strength, power, stamina, cardio, coordination, speed, balance and flexibility in a new workout each and every day!
 
Like all of our programs, Motivaction has always held a standard in that it doesn’t matter where you’re starting at today, rather it is your mindset, approach and willingness to push beyond your perceived limits that sets us apart.
 

Join us up to 3, 4, or 5 times every week (classes offered daily at 6am, 7am, 8am, 9:30am, 11:45am or ask about our open gym times) to see what you’re truly capable of!

Monthly Package Rates
Memberships are sold monthly, and renew on their sale date. Based on your selection (3, 4 or 5 x week) you will receive that many credits (12, 16, 20) monthly which you will use to book classes.

Classes can be booked online, over the phone or in person. Unused credits expire at the end of the month and do not carry over. You can decide to book 4 sessions one week, and 2 the next. You can use your credits and plan your monthly training based on class availability and your schedule.

Private Training:
Indulge in the pinnacle of personalized fitness with our private training sessions. You get a full hour of one-on-one time with your trainer, dedicated solely to your unique goals, abilities, and preferences.

Semi-Private Training:
Our semi-private sessions offer a perfect blend of customization and camaraderie. With 1-3 participants, depending on your chosen timeslot, our trainers expertly divide their attention, delivering personalized guidance, technique refinement, and group motivation. Each participant still receives their own personalized workout plan to suit their unique goals and needs.

The decision between private and semi-private strength training ultimately comes down to your preferences, goals, and what drives you to succeed.
