Yin Yoga- 7 Chakra Experience
Fall into harmony this season with our exclusive 7-week Yin Yoga Chakra Practice! Embark on a transformative journey through the spectrum of your being as we explore one chakra each week. Immerse yourself in a world of vibrant hues, bask in the serenity of aromatherapy, embrace soul-nurturing poses, and set profound intentions for every chakra. Each class promises a fresh, unique experience!

Mark your calendars for our Monday sessions, from 7:00 pm- 8:15 pm, kicking off on October 16th.

Yin Yoga- Wellness Wednesday Experience
Yin yoga is a slower paced yoga that helps cultivate stillness, softness, mindfulness, and body awareness. Physically, postures are held for 3-5 minutes. The goal of Yin yoga is to harmonize chi flow by stimulating deep fascia, joint tissues, and connective tissues. The slow gentle stress on the tissues hydrates them for optimal mobility. Yin postures are floor based, supported by props (blocks, bolsters, blankets & straps) and focused on the lower back, hips and legs. ⁠

Explore a new wellness theme each week in this 7-week Wellness Wednesday journey. Sessions take place Wednesdays from 7:00-8:15pm starting on October 18th.

Private Training:
Indulge in the pinnacle of personalized fitness with our private training sessions. You get a full hour of one-on-one time with your trainer, dedicated solely to your unique goals, abilities, and preferences.

Semi-Private Training:
Our semi-private sessions offer a perfect blend of customization and camaraderie. With 1-3 participants, depending on your chosen timeslot, our trainers expertly divide their attention, delivering personalized guidance, technique refinement, and group motivation. Each participant still receives their own personalized workout plan to suit their unique goals and needs.
