Motivaction Hybrid Group Training 
Motivaction Hybrid Group Training takes the personalized coaching, accountability and dedication from 1 on 1 sessions, and charges it with the energy and atmosphere of group fitness classes. Join up to 7 other motivated individuals in this unique training experience that is carefully designed to push your respective limits by challenging your strength, power, stamina, cardio, coordination, speed, balance and flexibility in a new workout each and every day!
Like all of our programs, Motivaction has always held a standard in that it doesn’t matter where you’re starting at today, rather it is your mindset, approach and willingness to push beyond your perceived limits that sets us apart.

Join us up to 3, 4, or 5 times every week (classes offered daily at 6am, 7am, 8am, 9:30am, 11:45am or ask about our open gym times) to see what you’re truly capable of!

Monthly Package Rates
Memberships are sold monthly, and renew on their sale date. Based on your selection (3, 4 or 5 x week) you will receive that many credits (12, 16, 20) monthly which you will use to book classes.

Classes can be booked online, over the phone or in person. Unused credits expire at the end of the month and do not carry over. You can decide to book 4 sessions one week, and 2 the next. You can use your credits and plan your monthly training based on class availability and your schedule.
